Return and Exchange Rules
When receiving the goods, please be sure to inspect the goods immediately. Contact the customer service center within 24 hours if there is any hardware defect. If there is no immediate inspection，we will not deal with such complaints later as damaged products, missing parts or dirty appearance, etc.
Digital products with plastic or packaging labels can not be rejected once they are unpacked, if there is no quality problem. If you are not satisfied with the product itself (such as model, function, service, etc.), do not open the package and refuse to accept it directly. Goods found with hardware defect immediately after unpacking can be rejected. Please contact the customer service center to record.
Within 7 days after receipt of the goods, goods (main device) with hardware defect can be returned and exchanged, with the condition of non-man-made damage, no scratches on the shell and complete accessories.
Within 8-15 days after receipt of the goods, goods (main device) with hardware defect can be replaced or repaired, with the condition of non-man-made damage, no scratches on the shell and complete accessories. Fifteen days after receipt of the goods, the quality problems of spare parts will be solved by direct contact with customer service center.

About Booking Amendment/Cancellation/Refund
If after payment, our company can not meet the customer’s order requirements, we will contact the customer in time and make a full refund. If the customer needs to modify the model of the product or cancel the product, please contact the customer service center immediately (contact support@Youbenben.com by email). If a refund is involved, we will charge a certain percentage of the handling fee according to the types of payment cards.
